Our client is in search of an Epic Manager with a background as an Epic Analyst and having Managerial expertise.
The selected candidate will assume the role of overseeing the day-to-day management of the applications team responsible for supporting designated Epic applications, modules, third-party applications, and Community Connect sites.
The chosen candidate will have the flexibility to opt for a hybrid schedule in VA/or work onsite. It's crucial to note that residency in the local Roanoke area is expected.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience as a Team Lead and Manager, with Epic certification.
- Experience as an Epic Certified Analyst required.
- Project Management experience, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and testing.
Management skills of hiring, firing, evaluations, and providing mentorship.
- Ability to be hands-on when necessary, involving tasks such as building, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to interfaces, processes, and procedures.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Preference for ITIL certification and possession of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience of 4 years or more will be considered).
